A customer service representative will answer all your requests within 36 hours.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We allow 24 hours for our customer to cancel their orders.

After this period, we process our customer orders within 7 business day(s). This includes printing, framing, stretching, packaging, and shipping.

Once those processes completed, we will forward your tracking number by email.

We ship almost everywhere around the world, and If you can select your country in the shipping address confirmation during checkout, it means that we can deliver to your place.

Why the colors of the canvas I received look different than the one from the website?

Colors are very Different from One Eye to Another.

Actual colors may vary; every monitor or portable devices have different capabilities to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.

We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible.

We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the actual color of the product you will receive.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We are here to assist you in case of damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at with photos of the item(s) and photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.
